This speaker set far exceeded my expectations. It screamed high end quality from the moment I unboxed it. The presentation, styling, and finish of the components and materials are all of superb quality. The clamps for mounting were all sturdy, made of strong metal and secure with options for any motorcycle.
The sound quality was great. Below 30mph on my motorcycle I can clearly hear / feel the thump of the music. 30-50mph I can still hear everything but wind starts to take over slightly. Faster then 50 I can still make out songs but they get drowned out by environment noise / wind.
Important to note, you need to power off the system as it’s connected directly to the battery and will drain it even with the key out (unless you choose to wire it through the ignition).
This system is well worth the money. I chose to only utilize Bluetooth and zipped tied the non essential options (there are many offered including an optional antenna and even a usb drive) and tucked them in a space under my gas tank in event I choose to use them later.
For reference I ride a Yamaha V-Star 950 (factory exhaust and windshield).
