WARRANTY POLICY

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE & DURATION

(a) New Products:
All GoHawk products purchased as new in the United States from GoHawk.com, Amazon (sold by Amazon as new), Walmart (sold by Walmart as new), or authorized eBay resellers (Section 1(c)) include a 1-Year Limited Parts Warranty from the original purchase date against defects in materials/workmanship.

(b) Refurbished Products:
Refurbished units carry a 30-Day Limited Parts Warranty from the date of purchase.

(c) Authorized eBay Resellers:
The 1-Year Limited Parts Warranty applies only to purchases of new products from these authorized eBay sellers:

(i) Redline-Rev
(ii) Innoevo
(iii) US-Shop4Less

(d) Used/Second-Hand Products:
Warranty coverage for used units requires valid proof of the original purchaser’s order number and is limited to the remaining term of the original 1-year warranty.

Exclusion: Units purchased via Amazon Warehouse Deals are expressly excluded from warranty coverage.

2. WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCESS

  • U.S. Customers: Contact the original selling dealer for replacement parts. GoHawk reserves the right to provide new or reconditioned replacements. Customer bears return shipping costs.

  • International Customers: Submit a copy of the original invoice, description of defect, contact information, and return address to technical support. An RA# is required prior to return.

  • Proof of Purchase: Mandatory for all claims.

3. EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not cover:

(i) Damage from abuse, neglect, water, physical impact, or incorrect wiring;
(ii) Repairs/modifications by unauthorized personnel;
(iii) Amazon Warehouse Deal purchases;
(iv) Refurbished/used units beyond their specified warranty terms;
(v) Purchases from unauthorized sellers.
Liability for breach of warranty is limited to the product’s original purchase price. Consequential/incidental damages are excluded.

4. GENERAL TERMS

  • Warranty replacements do not extend the original coverage period.
